Could we work to stop emotional abuse?

Look I want to end senseless crime and violence as much as you do,but instead of getting mad at the perpetrators Why not feel sorry for them that they were foolish enough to commit the crime.Why not make rehabiliatation centers for people with behavirial problems to get these maladjusted miscreants reformed and ready for this world.Why not have educational centers there to educate them so that they can get a college degree fand get good paying jobbs and feel good about themselves.Look physical and sexual abuse are terrible things but emotional abuse is damaging also.
