I hate my friend, what should I do?

I have this frenemy who keeps calling my house. She calls EVERY day, and its downright annoying. I almost never pick up, but sometimes, my mom or siblings pick up and I'm forced to talk to her. I was pretty good friend with her at first, but then she started talking about my appearance, culture, people etc in a negative way. I could have said the same about her, but I refrained from it. She's a straight up bish and I don't like at all. How can I avoid her without confrontation?
