I want to become an entrepreneur and I want to setup a television channel?

My age is 20 and I don't want to do the job. So from where can I get the GUIDANCE for establishing a television channel. And what are the formalities of it (television channel) and from where can I get the funds to establish it (television channel). Should I take money from private equity firms or can take a bank loan? please tell me. And I am from a lower middle class family. So please guide me about it.
