3 Indians arrested in thaiwan b'coz of no valid visa.?

I get an answer from Yahoo answer that they will not get free from the emmigration cell. They will be deported to india soon. But I want to know that how long they should kept under detention of emmigration cell? If there is any legal formalities to be completed for getting them free?
