How to tell a close friend I'm gay?

I have a really close friend. We've been friends for about 5 years now. I've recently came out to multiple friends but I refrained from this special friend for a few reasons. He is very religious and he is heavily conservative. After a few months of mulling it over, I decided that I want to tell him; however, I want it to be a catch. Chances are, he will discontinue our friendship. So I want to make this a fun filled last friend thing. What can I do to tell him I gay in an interesting and fun way. Keep in mind we're both 17 and I'm jobless! Thanks in Advance.
