When employer tell you to contact them again,is it mean i will get another chance?

I think that this HR did like you, but this positions are usually windy, so they are used to hire a lot of people for it. if you can't go then they will hire somebody that can go, but it is not sure how many days will this person stay there, so next time when you go, there will be maybe other opportunities or maybe the same one.
