Five days after being treated for chlamydia, my vagina is still itchy and irritated.?

I'm pregnant. I got tested for everything and Chlamydia came back POSITIVE! Its been five days since I have been treated w/ the Azithromycin powder pak. 1 gram was this enough? I was treated Wednesday, my vagina felt normal two days after and now on the fifth day my vagina is itchy near my clitoris and at the opening of my vagina. I've refrained from sex and all. What could be the problem now?
