Which kind of racism is most rampant in the world?

Like in kite runner I've heard that certain Arabs abuse a "lower class" or Arabs. I know that racism is an issue in America, but in my town we have a lot bigger problem with racist blacks beating non-blacks for being white, hispanic, asian, or arabic, then any other form. Not that it's rampant, it's just that 100% of the reported hate crimes last year were black on another race. Is that the most rampant or is there worse? What have you experienced?
